Hayfever Woes- Can you help?

I have had my antihistamine this morning which I can take one a day (I take them all year long). However tonight I have an itchy mouth, itchy eyes and runny nose any tips on what I can do as I can't have another tablet till tomorrow? (I also have very mild asthma too which I use a steroid inhaler for. Though I am not wheezy. )
